The objective of this research is to analyze employees’ performance of RS Bhayangkara Bengkulu. This research represent descriptive research which representing problem in the form of fact in this time from a certain phenomenon. The data was used primary data through distributing of questionnaire. As supporter exploited obtained secondary data in the form of data and information document related to accurate problems. The respondents in this research is employees’ RS Bhayangkara Bengkulu equal to 56 respondents, 2 respondents hospital manager, and 2 respondents patient of RS Bhayangkara Bengkulu.
